Okay, so I’m not going to stick to this… But here we are…
Emily Tapp is a photographic genius, aged just fifteen. Her work is inspiring, yet few can capture the raw, pure emotion that flows from every image she publishes. She’s a very mature, sensible young lady, who has thoughts and feelings far beyond her years – in the most admirable fashion. Em has a command of the stunning self portrait, whilst learning to be strong at directing models and shooting what she sees in her head from behind the camera, rather than in front of it.
I’ll bore you forever with how wonderful I find Emily and her work – it’s genuinely refreshing to see someone so young doing something she loves and so creatively too. Her talent is supreme – but judge for yourself.
One day, I hope to collaborate with Emily on a project or two. In fact, she’s already been lined up as my wedding photographer, alongside another great young photographic mind you’ll be hearing more about shortly. We should never overlook the young generation of photographers, and Emily reminds us of that time and time again. I adore her beautiful photographs and feel absolutely privileged to know the face behind them.
